People who want healthy eyes are often advised to eat carrots. Eating dark green leafy vegetables like spinach and kale (especially spinach) will protect your eyes from bright lights that could interfere with our vision. It does this through powerful antioxidants, abundant in dark green, zeaxanthin and lutein, which strengthen our retina and one of its essentials, the macula. These greens are a real treasure for all of us, but especially beneficial for people with vision problems.

If you want to maintain perfect eyesight for a long time, you need to take care of it and remember to eat more green vegetables, which provide a whole truckload of antioxidants.
